Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@totalshopdisplays.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at info@totalshopdisplays.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exceptions

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Gift cards

Total Shop Display complies with all Australian consumer law requirements. In accordance with Australian law, we will provide a refund or replacement if the goods you purchase are:

  • Faulty or damaged
  • Significantly different from the item description
  • Do not do what we said they would
